Orders & Shipping & Returns
Your order is processing until we send an email confirming it has been shipped. Once you receive your email with the tracking number you can track your order.
Our standard shipping is 3-7 days depending on the destination; however East Coast orders usually get delivered within 1-2 business days. We ship from our hometown New York City.
Shipping is FREE on orders over $49, and a flat rate of $7.50 on orders under $49. We do not ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

You can cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once you receive a shipment conformation your order cannot be canceled.
We are happy to accept returns on all unopened, unused products within 14 business days of the day of purchase. If you wish to return your order please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for cancelation.

Please add Samples to your card and in the notes write the product/s you would like to try. If you write more than 3 products we will automatically take the first 3.
