Sensitive Skin

Your dog’s appearance is one the most obvious indicators of his or her wellbeing. Learning to recognise the signs of sensitive skin early means that you can help your pet to overcome the problem sooner. Excessive scratching, headshaking or licking, rubbing on the furniture or other objects, abnormal levels of moulting or patchy hair loss, dry, scaly and flaky skin, red, itchy skin, bumps and scabs are all signs of sensitive skin and they should not be ignored. Sensitive skin does not mean no grooming- on the contrary it means more frequent grooming , however we highly recommend keeping grooming sessions shorter and absolutely only using products formulated for sensitive skin.
